About Us

Hey everyone. Here is how this whole project got started. I was obsessing over a Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic 1958 I found online. The case diameter seemed fine but I had no idea if the lug-to-lug distance was going to hang off my wrist. I got a bit desperate and literally took a black Sharpie and drew the watch dimensions straight onto my arm. It looked a bit funky and it was still really hard to visualize how the actual watch would look and feel.

So I tried something else. I printed out a picture of the watch face to the exact millimeter size, cut it out, taped some paper straps to it, and slapped it on my wrist. It actually worked perfectly and I finally knew exactly how the watch fit. I realized pretty much everyone buying watches online deals with this exact same guessing game.

That is why we built Print My Watch. We wanted to make an easy way for the community to generate 1:1 scale paper templates you can print out in a few seconds. No Sharpies needed.

Request a Watch

We launched with the 50 most searched watches to start but the watch world is huge. If your grail watch is missing from our database, just drop it in the “Request a Watch” form at the bottom of any template page and we will do our best to get it added.
